Battle Proms Concert at Ragley Hall
Here at Amber Support Services we like nothing better than getting involved in our local community and last night was no exception when a few of us packed our picnic hampers and joined thousands of others for the Battle Proms picnic and fireworks display at Ragley Hall.
It was a wonderful summers evening and a great way to celebrate the best of British and join in with the flag waving spirit we have all been used to following the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The Musical Programme started with the historic and unmistakeable sound of the Spitfire engine rumbling over our heads in a choreographed aerial display to Holst's Jupiter.
We were then swept along by classic upon classis which included favourites such as Jerusalem, Rule Britannia and Land of Hope and Glory which all culminated in a dazzling firework spectacular. A flag wavingly brilliant night!
